apartments offering magnificent views of the Mediterranean and
the coastline. With a new wider promenade with plenty of palm
trees interspersed with colourful flower bed's and bench
seating, Fuengirola sea front is a favourite place for tourists
and local families alike. Fuengirola is a very nice place. It
was my summer vacation place for a few years and I love it.
Fuengirola is an excellent holiday location for all age
groups. Fuengirola is a 25km drive from Malaga airport.
Numerous rental car agents operate from within the airport, but
you can usually save a few Euros by going to cheaper rental
companies across the road from the airport, rather than renting
from a company inside the airport. Fuengirola is actually an
excellent budget resort base from which to push out into
Andalucia either by Costa del Sol car hire or by public
transport. Renfe trains run direct on the C1 line to Malaga
then on up the C2 line to Cordoba.

nationalities with the result being an impressively wide
variety of entertainment.

eastern Costa de Sol with a municipal area extending almost
eleven square kilometres along the coast between Benalmadena
and Mijas. The northeast boundary is formed by the Arroyo del
Jardan stream and to the south east is the mouth of the
Fuengirola River. Fuengirola is a medium sized holiday resort,
where you will find all the attractions of a seaside town. It
is an ideal location for a family holiday. Fuengirola is host
to many events and celebrations during the year one such event
is the International Fair. The Carmen celebrations are also
something to behold.

Sol. It has a magnificent stretch of beaches, with 5km of
promenade stretching along the sweeping coastline. Fuengirola
is a city but chances are you will only visit the centre and
beach front so you can walk everywhere. The light train is
excellent for getting up the coast as is the bus service.
Fuengirola is situated on the Costa del Sol and The World
Health Organisation describes the climate of the Costa del Sol
as one of being the best in the world. Fuengirola's summers are
hot but not too hot due to the cooling breezes and the winters
in Fuengirola are mild with many clear blue sunny days.

Plaza de la Constitucion, there are many small boutiques and
designer clothes shops. Fuengirola is a major tourist
